Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of shipment until your refund has been processed.

Please include your name and order number with your return so we can identify and process it promptly.

Once your return has been received and inspected, an approved return will be refunded in full to the original method of payment. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Every TUKUAN is carefully inspected before leaving us. If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@tukuanskirt.com as soon as possible so we can make it right.
