Made of merino wool that is responsibly sourced and silky soft.

DELIVERY SYSTEM
All the product orders are sent through Canada Post and are delivered to your mailbox at your professional or personal address. Please allow for a delay of approximately 7 to 10 business days from when the orders are placed before shipping.
DELIVERY
All deliveries in Canada cost $10 regardless of the amount of products bought. No additional charges will be added to the shipping. The shipping address must to be valid and located in Canada.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally, but please be advised that shipping costs vary from country to country. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout, after entering your country. We are not responsible for any additional costs related to customs clearance in your country. We are also not responsible for the detention of your parcel by customs in your country.
Find out about the laws in your country related to customs clearance fees for articles of clothing coming from abroad, in this case Canada. Worldwide - delivery within 7-10 days (via FedEx/USPS); door to door service, with a signature condition of delivery.
CHANGING ADDRESS?
You moved and you wish to change the delivery address? No worries, you just have to update your information when you make your next purchase.
IMPORTANT!
For delivery purposes, we require a signature confirmation of reception of your parcel. If you are not home at the delivery time, you will have to get your parcel at a counter of Canada Post. If you do not get the parcel in time, it will be returned to us. If we have to send it to you again, you will be charged a $20 fee.
Changed your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase? Simply return the item within 30 days for an exchange or refund. A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment as the original payment (credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card account). If the item is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse exchange or refund.

Exchange or refund policy may differ if your bought your TUKUAN in a store. Please inquire directly with the store.
We strongly suggest that you use Canada Post and ask for a tracking number. Communicate with us by email at info@tukuanskirt.com and tell us what you need. We will try to accommodate you as best as we can. For a refund, you will get your money back through the same payment method you used for purchase. Allow a 5 to 10 days in order for the refund to appear on you credit card/ Paypal account.
Important: When a package is returned, the charge fees are the responsibility of the customer.
